April 2019 Residential Market Update

The Windsor-Essex County Association of Realtors® provides monthly Residential Statistics.

In April 2019, Market Activity was up 19.47% from April of 2018, the average sale price was up 15.62% and Year-to-Date sales were up 7.70%.
